Your prescription can be filled for different supply durations based on your specific needs and the medication prescribed. Initially, a 3-month supply will be provided if approved by your medical provider. For future refills, you may receive a 3-month supply, a 2-month supply or a 1-month supply, depending on the prescribed medication and dosage.Your assigned provider, who has full prescribing authority, will determine the most appropriate supply duration based on an evaluation of your medication needs and dosage requirements, ensuring that your treatment plan is tailored to your health needs. Payments can be made in full, payment plans can be through Affirm or Karma.
Can I start on the current dosage that I’m taking from another clinic/provider?
to ensure a seamless transition, you can upload your current prescription during the enrollment process. Simply include it in the questionnaire section. For your prescription to be valid, it must meet the following requirements: Clearly display the patient’s name. Include the prescriber’s name. Specify the medication name, strength, and dosage prescribed. Show the date the prescription was issued.
Important Note: Only official prescriptions will be accepted. Notes from a previous medspa, or incomplete prescriptions that do not meet all of the above criteria will not be considered when determining your dosage.
How do I change my address on my current order?
Once your medication has been prescribed, the address associated with the electronic prescription (eRX) cannot be changed. However, future refills can be updated with our medical team. Plan Ahead: Please consider factors such as vacations or travel plans when placing your orders or scheduling refills, as these can impact the delivery timeline.

How soon will I receive my medication?
Once your lab results and necessary paperwork is completed and the provider has approved and submitted the prescription, the pharmacy typically processes the order within 1-2 business days. The medication is then shipped via 2-day delivery. In most cases, clients receive their medication within 7-10 business days from the date of purchase.
